1. Find your piece
Browse the collection, photographs and garment details. Where a product has size or colour options, select the option you would like to ask about.
2. Ask for the current price
Use the enquiry button on the product page, or message us on WhatsApp with its link. Prices and current order availability are confirmed personally.
3. Confirm the details
Before ordering, agree the model, colour, measurements, any supported alterations, final price, preparation time, delivery charge and the terms for changes or returns.
4. Keep your confirmation
Keep the written order details and any payment receipt. An enquiry by itself does not confirm an order or reserve a piece.
